Key Responsibilities: Perform analysis to gain insights; use insights to determine what the client needs to change and how to get there; diagnose the issue and plan the transformation Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving business problems that lead to strategic insights Lead value analysis to generate business insights and identify value creation opportunities for clients and Accenture Staff project teams and responsible for employee schedules Provide feedback and coaching to others in compliance with the Performance Achievement Process to support career development and address performance concerns as necessary Demonstrate skill in people management, leading, motivating, and inspiring people Perform analysis to gain insights; use insights to determine what the client needs to change and how to get there; diagnose the issue and plan the transformation Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving business problems that lead to strategic insights Lead value analysis to generate business insights and identify value creation opportunities for clients and Accenture Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative and action-oriented information, insight, knowledge, guidance and recommendations on a specific market-relevant strategy topic Shape and lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions Identify/prioritize account-level value creation opportunities based on assessment activities and an understanding of high- level visions, performance gaps, and needs Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative and action-oriented information, insight, knowledge, guidance and recommendations on a specific market-relevant strategy topic Shape and lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions Identify/prioritize account-level value creation opportunities based on assessment activities and an understanding of high- level visions, performance gaps, and needs READ MORE OF THE JOB DESCRIPTION Qualifications Qualifications What skills & experience are we looking for? Must have an undergraduate degree plus MBA preferred 6+ years experience in business consulting with large retail/and or corporate banking engagements, incorporating digital transformation strategy. Business Strategy development and Operating Model Design. Experience in advising Banking and Capital Markets entities. Fluent Arabic speaker is essential. Why join us?
