Assist employees to book their annual tickets, working closely with travel agency to prepare/send ticket purchase orders
Assist with training courses and execution of training events
Assist with People & Culture procedures, meetings and events
Assist People & Culture team with recruitment
Coordinate and assist with aspects of Employee Relations
Gain an understanding of employee benefits and payroll
Work closely with the other department on projects, and maintaining policies and procedures.
